I can only conclude that the restriction applies to machines with shared display memory, everything else checks out. Not an option and Zoom is no help! Sorry Zoom but this is ridiculous! Especially for paying customers! So I am supposed to downgrade my system for a virtual background?ĭoesn't make sense! I thought that it was just the issue of W11 being left off the list of operating systems, but others have said that they have got backgrounds to work. Help me! What did you do to get a virtual background to work on Windows 11? I was in touch with Zoom just today and they said Windows 11 does not support a virtual background and I should 'work around' on another machine.
